Amazing, personal service! No regrets at all. We worked with Costela Planner to plan our engagement/sangjit event in Jakarta. From venue visits, to walking us through each of the Sangjit traditions, to briefing our family, to negotiating and coordinating with vendors — Costela really went above and beyond to help us feel supported and helped throughout the way. They always were very quick to respond, helped keep track of to-do lists and were very on top of the ball throughout. Even on the day itself, they helped keep us calm and things running super smoothly — we couldn’t have done it without them. Costela was not just an amazing WO but also helped give advice when confused and just really helped so much. The team – Steven, Inggrid, Chris — were all very professional, with personal touch service, highly recommended!!
